The idea was to tap consumers at petrol stations as they wait in the Que to fill up their cars. The activity was conducted in the evening hours when consumers were returning from a long working day. Brand ambassadors engaged consumers on one to one basis by approaching every car, delivering the brand pitch and giving them a free sample to refuel their day.
The campaign achieved excellent numbers and we were able to gather useful consumer feedback. The primary objective off inducing trail was achieved and one-on-one consumer engagement resulted in quality feedback.
