A content-rich sales conference with design elements all revolving around the core theme. The main team activity was building boats and then testing them by putting them out to sea in a race which highlighted camaraderie and competition.

The play part of the event was well-put together, with a fun night by the beach and great music, a dance floor and delicious food.


The conference was a hit, with all the regional teams interacting connecting and developing great relationships, along with learning the sales drill.
